  • Experience in Operations Management and Production Planning, including scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing KPIs, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and problem-solving in a production setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; hardwood, lumber, or related industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Park Falls, WI, and manage a hands-on, fast-paced operational environment.
