Zion Talent Partners seeks a hands-on Plant Manager for a Southern California dairy facility. You will lead production, maintenance and quality, oversee the plant floor, and drive accountability through KPIs, spanning receiving, pasteurization, filling and packaging. Relocation package is available for the right candidate.

Base compensation is $180,000–$200,000 with a 15–25% bonus, plus health benefits. The ideal candidate brings strong fluid milk experience and proven leadership to deliver

Our client is currently seeking a hands-on Plant Manager with strong fluid milk experience to lead operations at an established dairy manufacturing facility in Southern California.

This individual will oversee production, maintenance, quality, and overall plant performance. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the plant floor, understands the fluid milk process from receiving and pasteurization through filling and packaging, and knows how to drive accountability through measurable results.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong fluid milk / dairy processing experience
• Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience
