Guided Search Partners is helping a North Dakota-based private label food manufacturer fill a Plant Manager position to lead a major turnaround and rebuild at its ND site.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and carries a highly visible mandate with a full corporate relocation package, day-one benefits, and performance-based rewards, including a 20% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a major turnaround or rebuild in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FSQA/Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant turnaround/rebuild initiative at the North Dakota site.
• Direct operations and report to Senior Director of Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful relaunch.
