Astalentadvisors is seeking a Plant Manager to provide strategic leadership across a manufacturing operation in the United States. You will build a culture focused on safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

You’ll lead manufacturing operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive on-time delivery while prioritizing safety and quality. This role requires significant experience scaling operations and delivering KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in aerospace and/or medical device machining.
• 2+ years leading a staff of 150+.
• Proven history of continuous improvement and operational excellence in scaling environments.
• Strong KPI execution and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing Operations and daily plant activities.
• Build and develop high-performing staff and leaders through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
