Movement Search and Delivery is working with a leading global automotive supplier in the Greater Nashville, TN area to identify and evaluate a Plant Manager.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Plant Manager who has successfully led large, complex automotive manufacturing operations through significant operational and cultural transformation.

The Plant Manager will have responsibility for a 500+ employee manufacturing facility and will be expected to drive a comprehensive turnaround focused on people, accountability, execution, and sustainable performance. This role requires a highly visible leader who can assess the organization, establish clear expectations, rebuild the culture, and deliver measurable improvements across the operation.
