Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team where innovation meets life-saving technology. We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations, champion continuous improvement, and drive manufacturing excellence at our state-of-the-art facility.

• Lead and oversee all plant operations including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Production Control, and more.
  
• Collaborate closely with Production Leads to ensure exceptional product quality, on-time delivery, and optimal production output.
  
• Analyze key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in cost, quality, and efficiency.
  
• Implement strategic plans and lean manufacturing practices to support corporate initiatives.
  
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and manage Area Improvement Team (AIT) projects.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and engineering efforts.
  
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 standards.
  
• Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role.
  
• Strong background in financial management including P&L, budgeting, and capital expenditure justification.
  
• Solid experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
  
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  
• Experience launching new products from concept to execution.
  
• Familiarity with MRP systems (EPICOR ).
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
