Job summary

Concast, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the Polymer manufacturing facility, leading from the front and directing a team to safe, consistent production on the floor and in the office.

You’ll manage schedules, staffing, safety, and quality while staying hands-on when needed. This role blends supervisory leadership with direct contribution and offers meaningful impact, growth opportunities, and a stable, team‑focused environment in a growing company.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role that blends supervision with direct contribution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in concrete, construction materials, or heavy manufacturing preferred.

The Role

The Plant Manager plays a key part in overseeing the overall production of our Polymer manufacturing facility. This role is designed for someone who thrives in manufacturing, enjoys leading from the front, and is motivated by the challenge of supervising and maintaining a manufacturing plant and it’s employees.

You will oversee production schedules, staffing, safety, and quality. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on — willing to step onto the floor, run equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help wherever needed to keep operations moving. This is a working leadership role for someone who values both people and production.

What You’ll Do

Requirements
