Leadership

As the Plant Manager, you'll oversee the L'Anse Manufacturing Site, setting clear objectives and providing feedback to plant personnel. You'll coach your direct reports for optimal performance, empower them to meet both plant and individual goals, and ensure a secure environment free from harassment and discrimination. Regular communication with plant employees will help identify opportunities for recognition, improvement, and collaboration.

Manufacturing Management

You will manage production, warehouse, and maintenance teams to produce quality products while maintaining world-class safety, housekeeping, yield, availability, and cost standards. You’ll ensure the safe and efficient use of labor, materials, equipment, and inventories. Leading improvement projects and training activities will be key to meeting developmental goals.
