This role will guide a newly established site through continued ramp-up, workforce growth, production readiness, and long-term operational stability. You will help build the structure, culture, and accountability needed to deliver safe, high-quality products that support data center, electrification, and power infrastructure growth.

The pay range for this position is $145,156 - $248,839 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
