Responsible for overseeing all operational activities at the site, including manufacturing, logistics, quality, manufacturing engineering, tooling, facilities, maintenance, and environmental affairs. Provides guidance and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of these activities.

Essential Functions

• Develops and implements operational strategies and goals to meet financial and non-financial objectives.
• Creates policies and procedures supporting these strategies.
• Plans operations including financial objectives, sales and production targets, inventory management, process improvements, asset utilization, and budgets.
• Establishes organizational structures for optimal efficiency, conducts performance appraisals, and develops managerial talent.
• Enforces company policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations, recommending updates as needed.
• Supports a safety-first culture and active safety committees.
• Coordinates with the Inside Sales Team to ensure operational alignment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Technical knowledge including financial, market, and product insights.
• Strong decision-making skills managing resources and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, Access.
• Understanding of business operations and market demands.
• Managerial courage to challenge and push organizational boundaries.
