Job summary

ACE Partners is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a production facility in Indiana. You will direct a cross-functional team spanning production, maintenance, quality, shipping, and packaging, while collaborating with corporate leadership on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will own budgeting, cost control, and safety goals, drive Lean improvements, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within food, beverage, or canning production.
• Proven track record managing in a multi-shift plant environment.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety and quality systems (SQF / HACCP).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and plant-level P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are consistently met.
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors and department leads across a multi-shift operation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Own plant budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Partner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly and prevent downtime.
• Build a strong plant culture around accountability, safety, and employee engagement.
