We want an active, servant leader who works alongside the team, leads by example, and builds trust through action. You’ll guide day‑to‑day operations while driving production efficiency, product quality, and team development — all in alignment with our core values and commitment to our customers.

Our Core Values

These principles guide everything we do:

  • We treat PEOPLE the way we want to be treated
  • We own QUALITY every time.
  • We work hard to win as a TEAM.
  • We go the extra mile to delight our CUSTOMERS.

  • Develop and manage production plans and budgets.

Safety and Quality
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulations.

  • Serve as a visible, approachable leader on the plant floor.
  • Manage, train, and develop hourly and salaried operations staff.
  • Build a collaborative, motivated team culture.
  • Address employee concerns promptly and constructively.
Strategic & Improvement Initiatives
  • Lead projects to improve production, quality, and labor utilization.
  • Align initiatives with company goals and provide clear direction.
