Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing teams.
• Experience in fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, paint, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production activities
• Oversee production, quality, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams
• Develop and coach supervisors, managers, and production employees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and productivity

Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedPlant Managerto lead manufacturing operations and ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. This role will oversee production, quality, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse functions while driving improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong manufacturing leader who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on involvement on the production floor. This person will build accountability, improve processes, develop teams, and strengthen overall plant performance.
