We’re hiring a Plant Manager to lead operations at our Francesville, IN facility. This role is for someone who knows manufacturing from the inside out and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. If you’re wired for process improvement, know your way around lean principles, and can drive a team to deliver results without cutting corners, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss out on!

What You'll Do:

• Run the day-to-day: Oversee production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control.

• Build the team: Lead, mentor, and develop a hardworking crew that shows up and gets it done.

• Drive improvement: Streamline systems, reduce waste, and boost efficiency using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

• Ensure safety: Keep compliance and safety standards tight and top of mind.

• Set direction: Partner with leadership to shape goals, set budgets, and hit production targets.

• Own your process: Review and update SOPs and make sure they’re followed on the floor.
  
  

What You Bring:

• A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.

• A steady hand under pressure — someone who can think on their feet and make the call.

• Solid communication skills and the respect of your team.

• Lean manufacturing know-how; Six Sigma cert is a plus.

• Bonus if you speak Spanish or German.
