Job summary

Mother Parkers in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee its flagship production facility. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead production, maintenance, quality, manufacturing systems, and site logistics.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
  • Minimum 3 years of Plant Manager experience.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional manufacturing operations.

Our client, Mother Parkers, is looking for an experienced and people-focused manufacturing leader to oversee their flagship production facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

About the Role

In this highly visible leadership position, you'll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead all aspects of the Fort Worth manufacturing operation, including production, maintenance, quality, manufacturing systems, and site logistics.

You will:
  • Lead all manufacturing operations across processing, production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that support business growth and long-term objectives
  • Drive operational excellence through the SQCDPE framework and Mother Parkers Production System
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability
  • Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and long-term capital strategies
  • Partner with executive leadership on capital investments, network optimization, and strategic manufacturing projects
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team through succession planning and talent development
  • Foster a strong culture of food safety, quality, accountability, and employee engagement
What We’re Looking For:
  • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods
  • Minimum 3 years of Plant Manager experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Proven success leading large, cross‑functional manufacturing operations
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and capital project execution
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, MES, CMMS, ERP systems, food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead organizational change
  • Beverage processing and packaging experience is considered an asset
  • Spanish language skills are an asset
