Korn Ferry, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a growing manufacturing operation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This leadership role oversees safety, quality, production, materials, maintenance, and cost performance to drive plant results.

The successful candidate will build and develop strong teams, instill accountability, and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and delivery.

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a role, Plant Manager | Automotive & Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing | DFW Area

A leading global manufacturer serving the automotive and commercial vehicle industries is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a growing manufacturing operation in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an accomplished manufacturing professional to take ownership of plant performance while helping shape the continued growth and development of a significant manufacturing operation.

The Plant Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, materials, maintenance, employee development, continuous improvement, and financial performance. This position requires a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader who can build and develop strong teams, establish accountability, improve manufacturing processes, and drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Site Leader, or similar manufacturing leadership experience
• Progressive leadership experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy industrial, or related manufacturing
• Strong experience leading safety, quality, production, materials, and maintenance operations
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Experience leading and developing both salaried and hourly employees
• Track record of improving productivity, cost, quality, delivery, and overall operational performance
• Experience with metal fabrication, welded assemblies, automotive components, commercial vehicle equipment, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or related manufacturing is highly desirable
