Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a strategic Plant Manager to lead its Columbus operation, a growing 60-person facility. Working with the President and executive leadership, you will shape the operating model, leadership structure, processes, and culture to scale the business.

You will own full plant leadership across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, safety, and shipping, drive capacity, throughput, and profitability, and build a strong management team for future growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading multiple functional departments.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background.
• Proven ability to transform or scale manufacturing operations with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own plant leadership across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Safety, and Shipping.
• Drive capacity, throughput, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Lead Capital projects, equipment investments, capacity planning, and facility improvements.
• Develop supervisors and department leaders for future growth.
