Job summary

Image Associates Inc. in Northern Iowa seeks a Senior Plant Manager to lead a 100-person metals machining and assembly operation. You will manage CNC and manual machining, equipment, and a fast-paced fabrication environment while upholding safety and quality.

The role requires extensive leadership in production, supply chain, and facility maintenance, with a focus on cost control, on-time delivery, and plant profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in production and plant management for a steel parts and assemblies company.
• At least ten years' experience including four in a supervisory role with budgets.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
