The North Indianapolis Plant Manager is responsible for safely leading a 24hr underground and surface mining operations. • Lead, develop, and mentor the salary and hourly workforce that supports business goals and expectations. u00A0
• Establish and lead production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics. u00A0
• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities to include production, maintenance and training activities. u00A0
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all plant functions in an accurate and timely manner, including safety, production, and maintenance. u00A0
