The North Indianapolis Plant Manager is responsible for safely leading a 24hr underground and surface mining operations. - Responsible for the planning and scheduling of plant activities to include production, maintenance and training activities. u00A0
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all plant functions in an accurate and timely manner, including safety, production, and maintenance. u00A0

Required Education and Experience u00A0
- A bacheloru2019s degree in management or engineering preferred or equivalent work/military experience u00A0
- Seven or more years of supervisory experience in the mining industry of aggregate based construction materials such as limestone. u00A0
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations u00A0
