Job summary

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive plant safety, quality, and efficiency across our extrusion operations in Ohio. You will provide strategic oversight to align production with company goals while mentoring managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities include advancing safety initiatives, reducing scrap, optimizing processes, and maintaining internal controls. You will champion ISO and SQF compliance and foster a people-first, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 8 years of management experience in manufacturing, particularly in extruded plastics.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing procedures.
• Experience managing medium to large scale production environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities
