Job summary

Carris Reels in Bonham, TX seeks a chief on-site leader to drive safety, quality, delivery, profitability, and culture across the manufacturing facility. You will partner with corporate leadership to craft and execute strategies spanning production, financial operations, and people development.

You will lead manufacturing teams, champion continuous improvement, and act as the go-to problem solver for root-cause analysis, delivering strong service and sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, including P&L and budget responsibility.
• Lean Six Sigma certification with 5+ years of hands-on transformation work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations through a team of production managers and supervisors, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets are met.
• Build and sustain a culture of employee engagement and employee ownership.
• Champion operational excellence through continuous improvement across manufacturing, leadership development, regulatory compliance, and business relations.
• Partner with other divisions, suppliers, and customers to deliver strong service and sustainable growth.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes as the go-to problem solver.
