Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: Onsite - Atlanta Office

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of the production plant, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
  2. Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
  3. Ensure resource availability, including raw materials, equipment, and labor.
  4. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Coordinate with QA and Regulatory teams for audits and inspections.
  6. Maintain industry regulation knowledge and implement necessary changes.
  7. Implement quality control systems to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
  8. Collaborate with QA to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
  9. Promote safety culture through protocols, audits, and OSHA compliance.
  10. Manage environmental programs for compliance and sustainability.
  11. Lead waste, emissions, and energy reduction initiatives.
  12. Develop and mentor a high-performing team.
  13. Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative work environment.
  14. Manage the plant’s budget and identify cost-saving initiatives.
  15. Report operational and financial metrics to senior management.
  16. Coordinate with supply chain for procurement and inventory management.
  17. Oversee equipment maintenance, upgrades, and plant upgrades.
  18. Ensure facility compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  19. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Business Management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
