ITAC Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager, Recycling / Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead day-to-day recycling plant operations with a strong safety focus and a commitment to operational excellence.

You will drive production, quality, and on-time delivery while managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and capital projects, and partnering with engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership experience.
• Lean manufacturing expertise.
• Strong financial planning and budgeting knowledge.
• Experience integrating complex manufacturing processes.
• Recycling or auto shredding operations experience preferred.
