Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a qualified Boiler/Chiller Plant Operator to operate and maintain the facility's boiler and chiller systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience with high-pressure gas boilers, working knowledge of HVAC systems, and basic water treatment awareness.

The role requires the ability to perform mechanical repairs and to manage plant equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate high pressure steam boilers and a combination of electric and steamed fired chillers including associated equipment.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and water chemical treatments a plus.
• Ability to perform mechanical repairs to the mechanical systems including boiler/ chiller plant equipment as needed.
• 3 Third Class Stationary Engineers License within 12 months of hire/ as required a Stem Engineer License in State of Ohio required.
• High Pressure License preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

1-4 years experience in high pressure gas boilers -Preferred
