Waste Management is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair plant equipment, including balers and conveyors. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and respond to breakdowns to keep the facility running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements and pass pre-employment drug screen and medical exam.
• Experience with plant maintenance in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on balers, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment and components.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure safe operation.
• Work with maintenance manager to meet production schedules and safety standards.
