SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Plant Maintenance Technician Senior to join our team.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical building systems and support utilities including reverse osmosis, deionized and chilled water, AHU and boilers. This role requires the ability to read schematics, work in a team, and obtain a 2C boiler license within 18 months.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• AA/AS Degree or greater in Related Field, or 4+ years in Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Military experience.
• Ability to obtain a 2C boilers license within 1 ½ years.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical building systems.
• Maintain Reverse Osmosis, Deionized and Chilled Water Systems.
• Support Environmental Control Systems: Makeup Air, Air Handling & Roof Top Units.
• Operate and maintain Boilers and Bulk Chemical/Gas Distribution Systems.
• Maintain Exhaust Systems (Fume Scrubbers, General Exhaust Fans).
• Assist with Project Planning and Task Execution.
• Document Facilities Procedures and implement improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Plant Maintenance Technician Senior

Primary Objective: We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Technician Senior to join the team in Bloomington, MN.

Shift: C Shift: Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, to include critical building support systems such as:
  • Reverse Osmosis, Deionized and Chilled Water Systems.
  • Environmental Control Systems:
    • Makeup Air, Air Handling & Roof Top Units.
    • Hot Water and Low-Pressure Steam Boilers.
  • Acid Waste Neutralization Systems.
  • Bulk Chemical & Gas Distribution Systems.
  • Exhaust Systems:
    • Fume Scrubbers.
    • General Exhaust Fans.
  • Compressed Dry Air Systems.
• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
• Assist with Project Planning and Task Execution.
• Document Facilities Procedures & make Improvements to Procedures as needed.
• The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more of the following:
  • AA/AS Degree or greater in Related Field.
  • 4 or more years of Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Related Experience.
  • 4 or more years of Military Experience in Related Field.
• Highly motivated individual who can achieve positive results in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to obtain a minimum of a 2C boilers license within 1 ½ years.
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and environmental conditions.
• Able to work and solve problems both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Semiconductor Facilities Maintenance Experience.
• 8 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field.
• Certifications, Licenses or Experience in any of the following:
  • HVAC
  • Electrical (Industrial-Level)
  • Building Automation
  • Boilers (Class C)
  • Bulk Chemical Distribution Systems
  • Bulk and Specialty Cylinder Gas Systems
  • AutoCAD Software

Physical Demands:

• Lift and move processing equipment, applicable tools, office equipment, and some chemical drums. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 3-4 days/week.
• Variety of standing, sitting & data entry.
• Wear complete fab attire for full shift.
• Meet all safety and cleanroom requirements.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment, and work with; hazardous chemicals, gasses and hot/cold outdoor environments.
