Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, a DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Plant Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across facility and production equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to support safe, reliable operations and minimize downtime.

Required: 3–5 years in plant or facility maintenance, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

3–5 years in plant, facility, or equipment maintenance.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Performs routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and production equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
Conducts preventive maintenance and reports equipment conditions to production and maintenance leadership.
Maintains records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
Inspects tools and work areas to ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
Monitors maintenance supplies and reports replenishment needs to support inventory.
Escalates complex issues to senior maintenance personnel when needed.
Removes and replaces defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, or lifts.
