The Plant Maintenance Technician will diagnose, repair, maintain, and support day-to-day plant maintenance across multiple locations. This role requires working safely and productively in an industrial maintenance environment. The technician must be flexible and available to support business needs, including day, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as overtime and weekends. This role may also require travel between locations as needed. Routine duties are performed with minimal supervision. Standard practices and procedures allow the employee to work independently on routine tasks, with occasional review of work in progress and upon completion.
The technician must be highly motivated, able to complete tasks without supervision, and effectively communicate issues to the Manager of Plant Maintenance. Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) may be required.
