Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to keep heavy equipment running at the Brownlee facility in Louisiana. You will perform diversified mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tasks, troubleshoot issues, and conduct routine preventive maintenance to support production goals.

The role requires welding and strong mechanical abilities, with availability for extended shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed. Safety and adherence to MSHA rules are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience maintaining heavy equipment in a mining or industrial setting.
• Welder certification preferred.
• Must be able to work 8–16 hour shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Strong welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical abilities and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties to maintain plant equipment and facilities.
• Provide emergency/unplanned repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Read manuals and work orders; diagnose problems and replace parts.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and use hand/power tools and meters.
• Support on-call maintenance system and report safety hazards.
• Adhere to MSHA regulations and keep work areas clean.
