Job summary

You will perform installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep plant equipment running and products meeting quality standards. This full-time role requires safety adherence, reliable attendance, and the ability to work a day shift from 6am to 6pm with a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Monitors plant machinery performance; performs maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, tests, and inspections; documents work.
• Ensures standard operating procedures are followed.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
