Land O'Lakes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain facility and production equipment on the night shift (6p-6a, 2-2-3). The role covers installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to support our Purina Animal Nutrition business.

Responsibilities include following safety processes, meeting deadlines, and ensuring SOPs. The position requires 1 year of relevant experience and basic computer and math skills, with

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsabilités

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordingly.
• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
