Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of general maintenance experience (industrial or plant environment preferred).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Valid driver's license (if required for the role).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor assembly issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent equipment failure.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs (e.g., lighting, outlets, minor wiring).
• Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Complete basic carpentry tasks such as repairing structures, doors, and fixtures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and working conditions.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Accurately and promptly record completed work, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain Safety training videos
