Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Tech for Hazle Township, PA. Responsibilities include performing upgrades to refrigerated warehouse space, maintaining warehousing and production facilities, and inspecting electrical and plumbing systems to prevent downtime.

The role requires 2+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Expect 1st shift with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanical and electrical experience maintaining forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Physically capable of lifting 100 lb and carrying 50 lb.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades to refrigerated warehouse space with the Maintenance/Engineering team.
• Maintain existing warehousing & production facilities in effective operating condition.
• Inspect and repair machinery and facility systems like electrical and plumbing to avoid equipment failures and downtime.
• Coordinate project status with supervisor to prevent unplanned production downtime.
• Develop and support PM programs and NORPEL PSM program(s).
• Attend calls on lines for planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Complete Work Orders including Annual, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily PMs.
