Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-day and 4-day schedule.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions and documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Promote Tyson safety culture.
• Assist maintenance supervisor with personnel and equipment.
• Utilize SAP to create work orders and document routines.
• Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery.
• Support preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Train maintenance techs on equipment.
• Fill in during absenteeism; assist other plant areas.
• Operate computerized PM program to track maintenance.
• Complete required training.
