This position is ideal for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, machine reliability, PLC and VFD troubleshooting, equipment repair, and production support.

Candidates with 3+ years of electro-mechanical experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

Support production through proactive plant maintenance and preventive maintenance to improve equipment uptime and machine reliability.
Respond quickly to production equipment issues and communicate clearly with production teams.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and workplace safety procedures.
Plan, lay out, install, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment.
Work with automatic controls, motors, rollers, gear reducers, mandrels, switchboards, and other electrical and mechanical components.
Diagnose and repair electronic circuits, relays, resistors, capacitors, switches, transformers, motor starters, and fuses.
Troubleshoot PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and blueprints.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks accurately and on time.
Install, disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and components.
Perform rigging, machine assembly, disassembly, and equipment rebuilds as needed.
Work safely around heavy industrial equipment, including cranes, forklifts, presses, and furnaces.
Perform work in confined spaces and challenging industrial environments as required.
Minimize equipment downtime and repeat repairs by focusing on quality workmanship.
Follow company safety, quality management, and maintenance requirements.
Assist with additional industrial maintenance and supervisory duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician / Supervisor Qualifications

3+ years of electro-mechanical experience in an industrial maintenance setting preferred.
Strong understanding of LOTO procedures and industrial safety practices.
Experience maintaining and repairing heavy industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Familiarity with PLC and VFD troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
Experience with industrial motors, controls, relays, switches, transformers, and motor starters.
Experience with rigging, machine rebuilds, equipment assembly, and disassembly.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Ability to diagnose problems and respond quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to stay productive with minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a maintenance and production team.
Able to follow written technical information and apply instructions to hands-on maintenance tasks.
