Job summary

NSG Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fort Thomas, KY to lead preventative maintenance and respond to unplanned events. You will supervise the Shift and Daycrew Pool maintenance teams, manage parts and vendors, and ensure compliance with NSG/Pilkington standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem solving.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently with a proven leadership record.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance planning and execution.
• Unplanned event response.
• Direct supervision of Shift maintenance team.
• Direct supervision of Daycrew Pool maintenance team.
• Part management and availability.
• Vendor and contractor management.
• Maintain 5s in maintenance area.
• Assist in commissioning of new plant and equipment.
• Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
