Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Forest Park, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Forest Park plant. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team to execute repairs, inspections, lubrication, and calibration while prioritizing downtime reduction and reliability improvements. A strong background in maintenance leadership and SAP usage is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Engineering or Maintenance Management is a plus.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure proper maintenance and timely repairs.
Assign tasks and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and equipment criticality.
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
Monitor and schedule inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of machinery and equipment.
Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
