Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing plant in Halls, TN. You will oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient operation and internal process improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and willingness to work overtime on multiple shifts. Competitive hourly pay with extensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Trade school or equivalent (1–3 years) required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• General shop math and ability to read charts, tables and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor assets for proper operation and mechanical condition; supervise results.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs safely and professionally.
• Maintain detailed equipment logs of repairs and inspections.
• Lead plant preventative maintenance program and project installations as needed.
• Assist in installation or upgrade of new projects or equipment.
• Work overtime and various shifts when required.
