Job summary

Crafco, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing plant in Halls, TN. The role focuses on maintaining machinery, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment records updates, tool organization, and collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime. Competitive hourly wage and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of trade school OR related maintenance experience.
• HMI experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• General shop math, reading charts, tables and drawings; use of gauges and tools.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding/replacing large pumps and motors used for asphalt manufacturing.
• VFD and light electrical knowledge.
• Conveyor maintenance and repair.
• Automated equipment, PLCs, sensors, eyes.
• Oil heater, heat trace.
• MaintainX and Worximity programs.
