Qualifications

• AS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of direct experience in maintenance supervision with process analysis and continuous improvement.
• Strong background in food manufacturing maintenance, with automation and reliability focus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to pass background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operation, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Assist in developing annual plant operating budget for maintenance programs and projects; monitor expenditures.
• Lead maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work and plant readiness for production.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
