Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for its Forest Park, GA plant. In this role, you will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring machinery and systems function safely and efficiently.

You’ll lead a team of technicians in a full-time, on-site capacity, coordinating preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. A high school diploma and supervisory experience in manufacturing are necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills required.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility.
