Job summary

PJ Trailers Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for our Sumner, TX facility. You will direct plant-wide projects to boost machine uptime, efficiency, and production, while overseeing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of equipment and systems.

You will lead a team, manage the preventive maintenance program, and support safety initiatives across the site. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering (or related field) with a strong problem-solving mindset, mechanical aptitude,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field; relatable experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Self-starter and highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on capabilities are essential.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant-wide projects to improve machine uptime, efficiency, and production.
• Lead maintenance, repair, and overhaul of facility equipment; manage material procurement.
• Schedule and implement preventive maintenance programs; support safety initiatives.
• Direct and mentor maintenance and facilities teams; manage budget and resources.
