Job summary

Avient Corporation in Holden, MA seeks a Maintenance Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across central maintenance, utilities, water treatment, waste pretreatment and engineering stores. You will supervise safety programs, manage costs, and support plant reliability initiatives.

Required are a high school diploma with a preferred bachelor's degree, and 5+ years in maintenance, including 3+ years in leadership. The role is full-time and on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs to improve safety and environmental responsibility at acceptable costs.
• Participates in safety, health, and environmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plans, coordinates and oversees annual plant and boiler shutdown activities.
• Provides technical support for central maintenance functions.
• Oversees engineering stores and maintenance material procurement.
