Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and reliability programs, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Corporate Maintenance to optimize plant performance and safety.

The role focuses on developing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and guiding a team to deliver world-class maintenance practices in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance leadership in manufacturing, industrial, or process production environments.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and asset care to maximize equipment reliability, plant capacity, product quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs with KPI monitoring and CI initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets, major expenditures, and support capital planning while controlling costs.
• Direct and develop maintenance personnel through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Corporate teams on upgrades, projects, and best practices.
• Ensure maintenance activities, contractor services, inventory management, and projects meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce EH&S policies.
• Follow company QMS, Employee Handbook, and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
