Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in aggregate, mining, or heavy industrial settings.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with heavy quarry equipment and site operations.
• MSHA/OSHA safety training and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post-shift inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and replace mechanical components such as conveyors, pumps, and bearings.
• Perform structural repairs, welding, cutting, and grinding as needed.
• Record service logs and maintenance reports for equipment.
• Order parts and support in mobile equipment maintenance.
• Follow LOTO protocols and maintain a hazard-free work area.
