• Basic administrative and math skills required.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work using tracking software; maintain records and report results.
• Maintain a file of standard work orders for recurring repairs.
• Follow a weekly schedule for preventive maintenance and planned work; balance hours and staffing.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure equipment availability before scheduling.
• Prepare schedulable work orders requiring equipment shutdowns for unscheduled downtime.
• Review requests and define scope; obtain materials and tools.
• Estimate labor, material, and total cost per work order.
• Ensure schedules and work orders are returned accurately and on time; log comments.
