Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Maintenance Mechanic in Winchester, OH to perform hands-on maintenance and repair of quarry plant equipment and support safe, continuous operations.

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues on conveyors, crushers, and fixed plant systems, and execute welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to repair equipment and structures. The role requires strong safety awareness and the ability to work both independently and with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience in quarry/mining/heavy industry.
• Experience with welding, cutting, and fabrication.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement mechanical solutions.
