Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary : Up to $29/hr *based on experience*
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years maintenance mechanic experience.
Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
Multi-craft experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics)

Summary:
Searching for a multi-craft (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic) Maintenance Technician experienced in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and components.

Responsibilities

-Maintain industrial automation machinery and robotics
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical systems,
-Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair components of industrial machinery and equipment
- Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up,
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors
- Connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances
- Maintain As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) standards to achieve ZERO HARM
- Use your technical expertise to ensure the equipment is functioning properly
- Flexibility to shift schedules
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Work with Allen Bradley and Siemens Programmable Logic Controls
- Conduct equipment inspections for proper operation and mechanical integrity
- Troubleshoot components and diagnose system failures
- Other mechanical duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years maintenance mechanic experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
- Multi-craft experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics)
- Energetic, success driven, and has deep technical expertise
- Exemplary mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must live in or be willing to commute to Jacksonville, FL
- Able to perform tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and concepts

Compensation:
