You will develop long-term goals, manage budgets including capital, supervise vendor/contractor relationships, and champion continuous improvement while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and strong communication across all plant functions.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of maintenance.
• Demonstrated salaried and hourly management skills.
