The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and 5S in the Maintenance Department, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost effectiveness.

Competenze

• BS or AS level with electrical/mechanical training.
• 3–5 years of maintenance management experience with strong electrical background.
• Familiar with Quality Programs and preventative maintenance.

• Plan, direct and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliable equipment.
• Develop maintenance schedules and supervise personnel.
